“POSEIDON”

This project/illustration was ordered by a client.

It was made traditionally, with acrylic paint, POSCA markers and then varnished.

You can see the process below.

  • Pencil and ink drawing on paper

  • Vegetable paper to make the negative of the drawing

  • “water based” Montana Spay Cans to paint the board base colors

  • The vegetable paper drawing negative was marked on the board

Process and steps of creation

  • Start marking the lineart and painting backgrounds with POSCA markers and acrylic paint

  • Paint what is left to paint, and get ready to varnish it to create a good and solid protective layer

  • Let it dry and watch it glow!
