It was made traditionally, with acrylic paint, POSCA markers and then varnished.

Process and steps of creation
Start marking the lineart and painting backgrounds with POSCA markers and acrylic paint
Paint what is left to paint, and get ready to varnish it to create a good and solid protective layer
Let it dry and watch it glow!
